Dyeing

Dyeing fleece, or other fibres is one of the most enjoyable forms of creation I have come across. To find either plant or tree matter, throw it into a pot and see what you get is fun – and a never-ending source of amazement.

Would you believe that a deep orange can be obtained from the long wispy lichen Old Man Beard?… Or a brick red from Silver Dollar Gum leaves? Those are just two examples of what can be achieved.
